Story

Joined Stimulus Athletic as its designer when the company was still a two-person side hustle. Over six years, it grew into one of Minnesota's leading custom jersey suppliers.

Along the way, collaborated with renowned designers on kits for FIFA national teams, including Anguilla, Saint Lucia, and Dominica, and for clubs such as Minneapolis City FC, Sioux Falls, Florida Roots, Design FC and many more.

Delivery

Designed and produced kits for more than 3,000 teams, ranging from youth organizations, amateur and city clubs, and minor leagues to international programs. Owned each order from first mockup to finished product. The core lesson: a design only matters if it can be produced correctly.

Result

Grew from designer to leading the company's design, operations, and production. Helped scale the company from roughly $200K in annual revenue to about $2M ARR by 2026, and helped expand it beyond soccer into new sports such as baseball and basketball. Built the design and production systems behind hundreds of custom orders each year, and managed a six-person design team and a three-person production team in overseas.
